• Mpti Library established in 2010.
• It contains 9982 volumes of text and reference books on various disciplines.
• The Library subscribes 30 National Journals & 19 Magazines
• The Library subscribes 3 English and 6 Tamil leading news papers.
• The Library is following open access system and provide its service to meet the requirement of the Diploma students and staff members.
• The Library has various sections such as Reference section, Text book section, Back volume section and Reprographic section.

ABOUT MPTI LIBRARY

• The Librarian is the in-charge of the Library.
• All the staff members and students are member in the Library.
• All the students are allowed to borrow 3 books from the Library.
• All the staff are allowed to borrow 5 books from the Library.
• The Library will function between 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM in all working days.
• Students should produce the Identity Card while borrowing books from the Library.
• Students are allowed to keep the borrowed Library book with him/ her for 14 days.
• Staff are allowed to keep the borrowed Library book with him/ her for 30 days.
• Staff / student must return the borrowed Library books on the mentioned due date.
• The Librarian may recall the issued books at any time.
• Students are prohibited for sub lending books.
• Students / staff should check the books while borrowing from library for any damages.
• Students /staff should report immediately to Librarian if borrowed book lost. And replace the new book before the date specified by the Librarian.
• Students should not bring any printed materials inside the Library.
• Perfect silence to be maintained inside the Library.
• A student shall be issued Transfer Certificate and Course Completion Certificate after submit the “No Dues Certificate” from the Librarian.
